Children's Circle by Dave
We also have children's circle during the beginning of our service, then they will continue on to Jr. Church.
Dave started off talking to them about water and faucets Just like we need water, we also all need Prayer.  He suggested that we think about someone and pray for them.  His challenge is to have each one pray for someone every time that they turn on a faucet.  Think about it, we use a faucet for water that you drink, cook, brush your teeth and bathe, so if we are praying each time we turn on a faucet, there are certainly going to be a lot of prayers!

God loves to hear from us, He's always listening!

Pastor Tim delivers the Message: “You Are Gifted In Christ” Ephesians 4:1-16

Unity and Maturity in the Body of Christ

We all have Spiritual Gifts:

Gift of healing; this person prays continually with expectation.

Gift of Ministry: Pastors, Missionaries, people that point others to Jesus.

Gift of Faith: no matter what the circumstance, they know God is there with them , Wisdom: teachers, Spiritual leaders, Helping: people in the medical field, Administrative: office personnel. There are many others that you can read about in the Bible.  Each gift is given to you by God and is to equip you to do the work He called you to do.  Your gifts are not to be buried or hidden, they should be utilized otherwise you are wasting a valuable resource He has given you.

Ephesians 4:1-16  As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. This is why it says:

“When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people.”

(What does “he ascended” mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions? 10 He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe.) 11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

                     Terry with Scripture Reading

Scripture Reading: Ephesians 2:4-10

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
